ECM is committed to providing our customers with the highest-quality Motorola two way radios available. However, we understand that on occasion, you may encounter a problem with one of our products. With ECM’s no-nonsense two year replacement warranty, you can protect your two way radio investment. This warranty is only $49.90 and ensures that ECM will replace any Motorola two way radio, up to two years, that fails to perform up to our high standards. Contact us for return information and immediate replacement for items that fall under “manufacturers defect”. This warranty does not cover poor performance or breakage due to misuse or accidental damage. Two way radios that have been set on fire, melted, chewed by guard dogs, etc. will not be covered under the warranty.
